Manager - Construction Logistic

Job Description

Candidate should have a Degree or Diploma in Engineering, He acts as leader for generation of documents and deliverables, planning, sourcing and
deputation of resources for construction site requirements, monitoring and controlling movement of capital assets, supervision of warehouse management, etc. He activity reports directly to the HOD Construction.

His responsibilities are mentioned below:
To prepare construction management resources planning & ensure availability of
required resources.
To source necessary resources from in-house sources to manage construction
management of construction sites (Local).
To associate with HRMA in selection process & technical interviews.
To provide necessary inputs to all other Construction activities relevant to logistic
during Project Execution phase.
Organize necessary Training for Construction management personnel.
To carryout administrative functions related to Foreign Affiliate as per directives by
Management of the Company.
To provide real-time information & update to TCM for the personnel being allocated for
TCM projects.
Monitor & Control the central warehouse, company assets & their movement.
Maintain list & records of the Companys assets such as machinery, equipments, tools,
etc.
Keep updates on the asset lists at various store locations either temporary or
permanent storage areas.
Prepare & provide the Manpower employment records, monthly attendance records,
etc to HRMA on monthly basis.
Assist ticketing & other mobilization norms for the personnel being deputed to various
project sites.
Coordinate with HRMA on the employee administration issues such as leave records,
medical Certs, medical claims, settlement claims, etc.
Co-ordinate & expedite delivery of materials from Central Ware House to project sites.

Total Min experience of 18 to 25 years in construction of Industrial Projects and having
good leadership quality, understanding of construction activities, communication skills,
computer literate, knowledge in construction estimates etc. Must have experience in
Construction Logistic and Administration of large/medium projects.
