Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with experience in managing legal compliances. He/she should ensure our company adheres to legal standards and guidelines. He/she should be well-versed in statutory laws and guidelines. He/she should be professionals of high ethical standards and work diligently to complete their duties keeping in mind the objectives of the business. The goal is to preserve the Companys integrity by making sure it stays on a lawful course.

Job Profile


  • Oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Manage and supervise Compliance Management Application;
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
  • Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
  • Monitor enforcement of regulations
  • Conduct workshops as and when required on legal and compliance issues
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control and its management.
  • Collaborate with other functions and compile response and ensure implementation of corrective actions

Legal Contracts & documents

  • Drafting & Vetting of legal and commercial contracts;
  • Ensure an effective archiving of legal documents


B. Com, Degree in Law from reputed Law University.


Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Infrastructure Sector.


  • In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • Requires strong oral and written communication skills,
  • Personable, organized, precise with good analytical skills;


PQE of 3-5 years preferably in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Business.
